Cronje van Zyl, the senior managing member of Van Zyl’s Incorporated, has been practicing labour and employment law for over 25 years. Admitted as an attorney in 1993, Cronje brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his clients.

Cronje specialises in labour law litigation and workplace labour and employment-related processes. He acts as a facilitator and advisor in wage negotiations and other labour and employment bargaining forums, focusing on meeting both macro and micro labour needs of corporate clients. His extensive industry experience includes the motor component, automotive, financial, retail, leather/shoe, security, transport, hospitality, mining, food production and processing, and engineering sectors.

She appears in the Labour Court, CCMA, and other dispute resolution forums and is regularly appointed to chair disciplinary enquiries at various companies throughout South Africa. Leanne has experience in the retail, hospitality, manufacturing, food production, automotive component manufacturing, mining, and engineering industries.

Julius began his career at Wikus van Rensburg Attorneys and served as the Regional Legal Officer and then Legal Liaison Manager for MIBCO South Africa, eventually heading the Legal Division. His expertise in labour law has been honed through these roles, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of industry-specific legal needs.

Marius specialises in advising on workplace labour relations, dispute facilitation and resolution, wage negotiations, and chairing disciplinary enquiries. He has been actively involved in several prominent roles, including Vice Chairperson of the Bargaining Council for the New Tyre Manufacturing Industry, Board Member of MERSETA, and lead negotiator for the Automobile Manufacturers Employer’s Organisation (AMEO).
